1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and ph36t (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing the ph36t website at ph36t.cam (the "Site"), creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activities, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

ph36t services are intended exclusively for Users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with ph36t. Creating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts without prior notice and may confiscate any winnings or bonuses derived from such accounts. Accounts registered with false, inaccurate, or misleading information are subject to immediate termination. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. You must immediately notify ph36t customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using strong, unique passwords that are not shared across multiple online services.

3.3 Identity Verification

ph36t reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Such verification is mandatory for withdrawal processing and may be required before certain account activities. Failure to comply with verification requests within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of demonstrable technical error or as required by applicable law.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ph36t are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, automatic conversion will occur at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors, plus any applicable conversion fees. Exchange rates and conversion fees are not controlled by ph36t and may fluctuate. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

7.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph36t website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of ph36t or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 11. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to ph36t services shall not exceed the amount you deposited in your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

ph36t is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, acts of war, terrorism, or labor disputes. We are not liable for errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service vendors.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by ph36t

ph36t reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, underage gaming, prolonged account inactivity, or behavior detrimental to ph36t or other Users. Upon termination, you will forfeit all bonus funds and promotional winnings. Legitimate deposited funds and winnings from non-promotional play will be returned to you minus any outstanding obligations or administrative fees, subject to completion of verification procedures.

12.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ph36t customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw or forfeit all account balances. Please note that self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Upon account closure, you must cease using all ph36t services immediately. Even after closure, certain provisions of this Agreement, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution mechanisms, remain in effect.

13. Amendments to Terms

ph36t reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document and may provide notice through email or on-site notifications. Continued use of ph36t services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to ph36t services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
